Some aspects need updating, simply caulk replacement would do wonders in the bathroom. The curtains are purely decorative, I wanted to blackout the room, but wasn't able to. Kind staff, Terry. No one else spoke to us the rest of the stay.

I loved my stay here. The hotel was decorated so nice. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was nice. Many options. Lots of places near by. I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Livermore Wine Country, and while the location is convenient, there were several issues that affected my stay. The cleanliness of the room was below standard—there was hair in both the sink and bathtub, which made the room feel unkempt. I was also looking forward to using the pool, but it was too dirty to use, which was disappointing. Another issue was the noise level. The walls are very thin, and I could hear the TV from the room next door, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could benefit from improved cleanliness and soundproofing. Overall, the stay was just okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

We had a great stay in Livermore Hawthorn suites by Wyndham. The staff was kind and considerate. The inside of the property was clean and polished. The decorations were very cute and festive. The room was immaculate, sheets were sparkling white all indoor amenities fantastic. We just felt that the outside needed a touch up of paint and cleaned to match the inside also no safe in room. We will stay there again most definitely if we are in the area. We felt safe and secure since front desk person is there 24 hours and outside doors lock by 10 pm. All guests enter after that through the front doors only.
