On the last day of our stay both elevators were out of service . We had 6 people staying with us and a dog so it was a lot of trips to make to the car with our luggage but everything else was great !

This property is beautiful. The rooms are super clean.we are traveling with my kids and grandkids and were given adjourning rooms which the kids thought were great. The pool and hot tub were super clean and the staff is top notch. Forgot about the huge arcade my grandkids and son are in awe.

Room was dark and dimly lit. Mom has macular degeneration and she had lots of trouble seeing anything in the room. Also, lots of dust on baseboards in bathroom plus big depression in shower ceiling which should be patched. Room 316

Everything was excellent, but the mattress was like a sinking ship - much to soft, the kind I would find in a one star motel. It was really bad for my back as I need, at minimum, a medium firmness mattress.

Could use some improvements, but ok
We stayed in a suite for a family trip. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean. The included breakfast buffet was good and included make-your-own waffles which is a fun touch. Our son stayed on the pull out couch which had what amounted to the worst mattress I’ve ever seen on a pull out couch. All you could feel were springs. He complained about it, but he’s a little guy and did ok. No adult would survive it. There was also a loud noise coming from a vent from somewhere outside our room. It sounded like an industrial piece of equipment starting up, and then ran with a loud low pitch hum that you could feel, and ran for several minutes- repeating several times an hour. Loud enough to wake us up several times. They oughta look into whatever it is.

The cost to stay for one night was $336 US. That is $443 CDN...for 1 night! A Hampton Inn is a clean, modern hotel with good (not great) facilities. But it is NOT an upper-level property with great amenities. The breakfast, although "free" and "hot" is always quite bad. The eggs are terrible, always...not even real eggs. The home fries at this particular Hampton Inn were bad. But enough about the breakfast.
