The room was really nice. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and nice. The only downside was that they didn’t have complementary breakfast.

Tv didn’t work I was up all night staring at the wall

I found the staff at this hotel to go above and beyond what we might expect. Alex, on the front desk, made it possible for my daughters and myself to have rooms next to each other and also made it possible for us to check in early as we were hoping to dress there before a wedding we were attending. The staff at breakfast were wonderful, friendly and helpful as we dined with 2 young children and a couple of teenagers. Nicole, also at the front desk, took care of checking out and also helped me when I left an item in my room. Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again when in the area.
