We booked a room for 3 due to a show in Oxford, staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent hotel. Service was fantastic. Olena at the front desk was really accommodating. She provided fantastic service. Breakfast every morning was brilliant too. Overall 10 out of 10. Thank you so much

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in desk were very efficient. The buffet style breakfast was good on the first morning (Sunday) but on the Monday morning they had run out of several basic food items and there was a wait for clean plates and cutlery.

The service and facilities were very good.
However the cooked breakfast could have been better as it was very limited anf they ran out of eggs
