Everything was super nice but the staff was some what less than accommodating. Nice location to hospital.

This is one of the hotels that I stay at when I travel. I really feel the service desk person Betty does not care for African American people and I also feel that she needs more training to better serve customers. I know that everyone needs a job but maybe customer service is not for everyone. All the other staff was very kind as always.
