Property was nice but is aging. Stayed here about 10 years ago and was very happy with it. Looks like no upgrades have been made since. Room was full of ants even though we left no food in the room.

The cottage was cozy and well supplied. Wish we could have stayed longer. Couldn’t access movies on tv - may be common on the coast

The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on in years. Best nights sleep.

The Cypress cottage is super cute, the blurb is fairly misleading however and it’s not secluded it’s literally right on the left-hand side as you drive up and directly next to the office so unfortunately, you hear everyone checking out if you have the windows open in the morning. The cottage was really nice and they have a real gift for the details, especially if you bring your dog children. If you have any allergies, make sure you require hypoallergenic sheets. Overall, the experience was very cute and comfortable, the fireplace is just enough to keep you warm and cozy.

Very nice staff. Great place to bring a pet with you, complete with a pet package awaiting for them that was a nice touch. Rooms were charming but could use a deep clean in the grout and around the sinks/tiles/floor boards.

Nope - Never again

Booked last minute & definitely should’ve looked around further. Property is in dire need of some TLC. Bathrooms completely outdated & in much need of an upgrade. Cracked sink, gross tile & towels as thin as a dish towel & not even big enough for a child. Sitting chairs in room has cheap covers. Sheets were stained. Ugh. Just gross. Positive point…. Close proximity to Mendocino & the cute pup on the property.
