"there was a few things that let the property down in our opinion. dirty cups on arrival. doors ti bedroom needed re painting aa there are scratched whilst the sofa is fashionable its its not very comfortable and very low to the ground. my husband had to sit at the dinning table as he couldn't get out of the sofa. bathroom was clean shame about the large boken tiles around the bathtub. was good to have milk in the fridge on arrival. didn't get entrance code till the morning we went and was...

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"From the welcome from Pauline, to the attention to detail in the room, to the great location (you are a very short walking distance from everything in the town and entrance to the Blenheim Palace grounds) and easy parking in front of the house, all this combined to make the perfect stay in Woodstock. Thank you Pauline, it was a delight to stay at Yew Tree, which is clearly a labour of love that you share with your guests making it a very special place to stay."

"This hotel is perfectly located in the outbound of the town centre, the rooms are really nice and very well decorated. The shower is great, lots of nice features. Air con in the room was needed as the room got very warm, however it went off in the night and I couldn’t get it back on. Booked again for later in the year "
