Top notch place stay. Room was on the smaller side, but extremely well appointed. Friendly staff, super clean, great food and dining options in the hotel. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. Hospitality was great and the overall vibe of the hotel was great. Would come again for sure :)

Staff at desk very friendly , however could not assist me with the parking app as they don’t drive . Had to park over a block away in a general parking ramp and was very expensive! Hotel does not give any credit for parking. Showerhead had no adjustable water pressure. You had to use your phone install an app for the tv just to see local channels
I will look around for other hotels at the high price we paid for this one .

Parking in any major city downtown can definitely be tricky, and we appreciate your feedback on that as well as the shower. We’ll be looking into these to improve the experience for future stays.I would love to hear more about the "app" you needed to download? I always stay at The Drake when going to Toronto. This was my first time in the modern wing and it did not disappoint! Staff throughout was stellar and super attentive.

Everything was great but felt a little misled when checking in as were encouraged by staff to upgrade. We were tired from a long drive so did it but not really sure why we were encouraged to do so - other than my husband maybe misunderstood being told we had to use outdoor stairs to get to our room and the other room we could get would be better. Fully our decision but it was a first time for being unsolicitedly upsold on what was supposed to be a better room.
