The room could do with a chair to use by the desk. Also, a check in at 4pm is far too late.

Needs a facelift, floors were buckling from water damage buckets to catch water when you walk in, room was tiny and dark.

The building doesn't have an elevator. I had to carry my very heavy suitcase up the first flight of stairs to reception because there wasn't any signage on the ground floor to indicate that anyone was available to help me. The room only had unpleasant overhead lighting, no lamps, including on the nightstands. No dresser for small clothing items, just shelves.

Very solid choice for SOHO/NoLita. Safe, modern, clean, super walkable (corner of Bowery and Broome).
