The Location was great Whole Foods was down the block which made grocery shopping a breeze and restaurants walking distance. Only 15 min away from the harbor walking it was amazing.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The pool is very small. The rooms need updating and repairs. Our bathroom door lock was broken, the carpet was stained, the toilet was loose on the floor, there wasn’t any toothpaste in the room available. The buffet breakfast was good, but needs more options. And the property says non smoking but the smell of weed was filling the whole floor we stayed on. The pillows on the bed need to be replaced, they’re super flat so we didn’t sleep well and the room darkening blinds were stuck in place so the room was bright from the city lights all night.

I like the convenience to walk to shops and restaurants and a grocery store. My only complaint was that the hallway on our floor reeked of weed. It cheapened the place in my opinion.

Restaurant on the bottom of the hotel was amazing

Unique about this property….. first time ever charged for an early Check In. Lots of rooms available. front desk service not good. Breakfast ends too early. Won’t stay again.

The heated pool was not heated, the non-smoking policy was not adhered to as it smelled like marijuana the entire time we were there, the staff did not seem to be all that friendly, and the restaurant was not open the hours it was supposed to be, and when we tried to order food, we were told that there was no menu and if we didn’t have a phone that could use a QR code we wouldn’t know what there was to order. It was quite discouraging. On two different occasions I had to call down to ask for supplies and it took over an hour to get towels and supplies
