Service and check in and check out procedures were very good. We found bedding pillows were too firm for our likings little softer options would have been fine.

food was appalling, breakfast and room service of the lowest quality options. breakfast in particular how can still offer awful cheap coffe, tons of white bread, and very poor and ill looking options of the rest. i ordered room sevice, a daal, the restaurant is in little india, you would expect they bring a decent daal but was a soup with lots of cream, and not fresh bread all wrapped up in cling film. i think they can do much better than that.

Very nice hotel and good location
