"I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone. The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights). "The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. "10/10 This was my dogs first time in a hotel and I was so nervous. But the dog park was clean, easy to access and fenced nicely. The room was immaculate and close to green space and the dog park. Every part of the property has amazing views. From the pools, to the restaurant, to the room, everything was excellent. Recommend to everyone! "

LOOK AT ME!!

"My girlfriend and me stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best! Although I didn’t know it was also a restart lol. Everything was very clean, they had multiple pools and the kitchen came with everything you needed! When I first got there I went to check in and I didn’t know I had to pay another $84.99 due to the resort fee. I was very confused on why it was not shown in the details when I booked the hotel. I ended up paying $410 which is what I would’ve payed if I stayed for 4 nights. Very weird and should be in the details! They charge $25+$3.33 every day that you’re there which is why my fee was $84.99. It’s not too bad but still would’ve been great to know I had to pay that, then I would’ve saved more money for this trip. Other than that I definitely recommend! It’s so beautiful and sooooo clean. And the patio added beautifully. "
