"Came to Punta Gorda to visit friends and the Seafood Festival. Called to let them know we would check in later. Very accommodating and polite. Wonderful breakfast for a small hotel. Cleanliness was a pleasant surprise and bonus Will definitely stay here again. "

"Pleasantly surprised at just how cute this was and very clean. Everything needed was provided. And to have a full lanai and be able to walk out back and fish!!! What a dream. "Quiet area and great little houses. Rented the margarita and was not disappointed. At one point our door lock failed and the manager was there within a few minutes to fix it. Would stay again!"

"My sister stayed around Christmas and it was a perfect spot for the money. The staff were friendly and they cleaned constantly, which we loved. The kitchen team were friendly and made sure breakfast was always fresh and welcoming looking. Our room was great, except figuring out the shower was a little nerving. The bathroom and closet were spacious. "

"We like this little sweet motel with a free parking space and beautiful gardens with swimming pool.Our room was very clean and comfortable.we had a private patio with a 2 chairs and table.Very close to mineral spring lake park and restaurants.Highly recommend."
