I booked this because of the waterpark. It is not as pictured. It was grimy in places and in need of some updating; my daughter scraped her knee on the rough bottom of the toddler area. The heat (in December) "wasn't working" per staff in the pool area, but the water was warm. The hot tub was also taped off and not working. There were no towels in the pool area when we arrived. Breakfast was also disappointing, and they closed earlier than staff had told us at check in (we made it in time, but others were locked out of the breakfast room). We asked for a crib in advance (advertised as available) and after arrival we were given a very used, somewhat dirty and not totally stable pack and play. I would have just brought my own pack and play if I'd known a crib actually was not available. The carpets did need cleaning as others have said. We ended up booking somewhere else for our return trip.

Did not stay. Room was not ready for over 1.5 hours. Staff communication very poor with me and with themselves between front desk and housekeeping. Was not offered a different vacant room. Insisted on different vacant room and new room was dirty with smudges and sticky on desk, chair was dirty with stains and furniture did not look wiped down. Bathroom fixtures looked dirty. Carpet very old and dirty did not want to set my things on floor or let my toddler sit on floor.

I didn't like how they scammed me out of lots of money. I wasn't sure if my room was reserved through your business so I called direct to be sure and they said no reservation was on file. I then proceeded to book it directly to them and they charged me 324.24 which they took right away. On arrival the desk clerk said I have you down for 2 rooms. I said no I only wanted one. I explained what happen and she said unfortunately I can't cancel anything you have to go through corporate. And your not getting any refund because that is how the new owners work. They refuse to refund people their money when they cancel etc. I will never ever stay there again. I'm so upset. Don't know how you book anyone with this hotel ever. No workers either working holiday because they refuse to pay then holiday pay. The breakfast was ridiculous when I went down nothing was in the containers as far as eggs sausages etc. They prepared some 8 sausages and some eggs. It isn't the workers is the owners. Rooms were very clean but hallways were not cleaned each day.

No notification the hot tub was down and being repaired. The repair had so many chemical fumes that we could not swim. We had to sit in a room with a 2 and a 4 year old and do nothing. They didn’t have their ventilation system working either. It was being repaired the day we left. Girls bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t use. Etc. It was a terrible experience.
