If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

"Staff very helpful, location excellent. Disappointing to find that most of the hotel was occupied by 35+ unsupervised children on a football trip, making it absolutely unsuitable for couples or families. Also disappointed to not have a mountain view despite booking (and paying for) this, and to have a broken shower. "

"We had to change our room as we found a cockroach walking on the furniture towards a plate with food. In the next room we found spiders and the sink was cracked. The food and its variety at the breakfast refers to a 3 star hotel. A plus for kids animators"
