Very disappointed with your review Anisha, considering all the wonderful things you and your boyfriend said on leaving. You did not book a room with AC, which we did have available. I also asked if I could replace the fan but you refused. You booked at a Hostel not a Hotel with AC and unexpectedly arrived at the hottest time of day after a long journey to sleep in a room without AC for the afternoon. The reservation was never cancelled and the balance of your bill remains unpaid as the card details your gave to Expedia did not work. very disappointing guests who did not gave our beautiful hostel a chance. Your score was not deserved by us as the NO AC was your mistake.
