"I had a great experience at the Epavli Grace hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. The rooftop

/jacuzzi was also very nice and often quiet/not busy. The view on the balcony outside was not ideal but did afforded privacy. The only real problem is that the hotel is located in the city centre and there can be sudden construction as of 7am, which the staff have no notice of in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city...

"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. "Folia hotel apartments was very well kept, clean, newly renovated and everything was in good working order. They had a very nice breakfast buffet everyday for 10 euros. The
