Posted 7 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe very much enjoyed our stay at Bayiri. It was clean and comfortable and had a romantic charm. We enjoyed a nice walk to see the sights on Mount Olympus. There was a fantastic restaurant just around the corner that was awesome. And, it was only a few minutes drive to the beach. If we ever find ourselves driving through Greece again, we'd certainly stop in again.

This was one of the most quaint places I have ever stayed at. Yes, it is a pension, but not en Provence, but in Greece. Litochoro is gorgeous town at the foothills of the Olympus Massif. Lots to do here, from dining to hiking to going to nearby beaches. Heck, hike in the mountains in the morning and swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon. The staff is super friendly and corteous, the breakfast delicious and the place itself decorated as if it was the late 1800's, but fully renovated and modern. Lots of attention to detail. I will be back.

Just beautiful from start to finish
Posted 25 Jul 2022 on HotelsWe stayed here for one night and loved every minute of it. The host could not have done enough for us and nothing was a problem. We brought back take away pizza and instead of eating it in our room she opened up the beautiful dining area for us so we could eat it there, giving us plates, napkins etc. The beautiful house while it is very old and has many antiques it is the perfect mix of new and old it was spotlessly clean and had a great shower. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Mosquito nets on the windows and the breakfast was the best I have eaten in Greece, lots of choice and all freshly baked cakes and pasties by the host in the charming breakfast room. Honestly you will not regret staying here.

Bayiri is a charming, quaint multi-room establishment with excellent customer service. We came in late and appreciated the property manager's willingness to accommodate us. Very friendly and helpful. Sorry we couldn't stay long enough the next morning to enjoy what was sure to be an amazing breakfast!
