"The apartment is in an old apartment building on the 9th floor; it was colder than expected as my stay was in February. The bed is quite hard but I guess it's a matter of personal preference. I found it uncomfortable. "

"Outstanding stay! De Paris Apartments offers outstanding value. Desirable location in city center, yet quiet and isolated. Excellent and spacious rooms with everything you’ll need and more. Courteous and proactive staff. I'm not a pet owner, so would've preferred if pets were not allowed, but I could not sense any pet smells, as the room was spotless. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Kyiv, and will likely stay there again on my future visits to this beautiful city. "

"Katastrophale Unterkunft. Die Rezeption ist überhaupt nicht wie angegeben besetzt und die Unterkunft ist teilweise abgeschlossen. Als wir morgens ankamen, mussten wir erstmal 3 Stunden warten, bis wir jemanden (auch telefonisch) erreichen konnte. Das Personal kann kein einziges Wort Englisch, stattdessen wird einem frech ein Smartphone mit Übersetzer hingehalten. Das schlimmste war aber: wir hatten für 3 Erwachsene gebucht, uns wurde aber ein Doppelzimmer zugeteilt. Vor Ort wurde dann von uns...

"There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."

"This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants."
