I did not get my room. I was moved to another hotel, and I paid the taxi.

Nice small hotel close to the Prado museum. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was fine, just a little small. Walls are thin and there was a bit of a noise until late at night likely from outside the room since I was close to the elevator. Breakfast was decent. All in all nice place to stay if you are going to spend a lot of time at attractions like Prado and around.

Great hotel in fantastic location
Posted 17 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe check in process on the morning of 7 June was very smooth and the hotel attendants were helpful in storing our bags until our room was ready. We visited the Prada Museum across the street at 1000 and we were notified that the room was ready about 1200 which was much appreciated since we quite tired from our trip. The Junior Suite with 1 king bed was very nice with a good shower, tub and double sink with good lighting. The bed was very comfortable with excellent linens. The suite had a nice sitting room and a large balcony available through a sliding door. The room temperature was easy to adjust. The breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of other choices which we enjoyed. The coffee from the machine was fine but the portions were small requiring several trips to the machine. The hotel location was perfect for all the local museums and you are only one block of the Calle Jesus tapas area. We would definitely stay here again.
