Really nice hotel with good breakfast in a not-so-great part of town.
Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were excellent. Great service, communication, and friendly personalities. The room was clean and spacious. Made my 3 nights there feel like a wonderful retreat from the busyness of the surrounding area.
The only downside is the location, but as a man it is an easy trade off for the quality of the hotel at this price point. The hotel requires a short uphill trek, the cobblestone streets around are narrow and winding, and it in a part of town with predominantly populated by South Asian and African immigrants.

Hotel is accessed on a side street. Easy to reach local areas by foot. Buffet Breakfast, plentiful, always replenishing. Rooms lovely, clean and comfortable. Trams, buses and Metro easy to use if you want to visit places further afield. Will definately stay here again

I had a great one night stay at Mouraria! It was in a nice area for walking and exploring Lisbon. The park nearby has amazing views of Lisbon.

The hotel is very cute and it is far closer to the core of the city centre than I expexted to be. For instance, Cathedral is 15 mins walk, tops. The nearby area is a wee bit rough, but not dangerous or problematic. Only wee issue we had was that, over night, there was a signficantly loud noise coming from outside, like the one a big fan would produce. What we guessed is that the noise was made up by all the a/c external fan units of all the rooms. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very upset that this property couldn’t accommodate a simple mistake by me to change the dates of my stay. Difficult to communicate with and very limited help from Expedia as well. Stay away.
