Staff failed to make reservations for Spa for both my wife and me, and made dinner reservations for us on the wrong night

No hot water because of lack solar energy.

Dear YifeiThank you for taking the time to write us a review.Following your comment, we would like to point out that the boilers did indeed have a maintenance problem, which was promptly resolved by our team in order to ensure that all rooms had access to hot water as soon as possible.Although the problem was resolved swiftly, you decided to leave the hotel and, even though your booking was non-refundable, we did, exceptionally, reimburse you for the night you did not stay at the hotel. For these reasons, we are very surprised to read your comment, as we did everything in our power to try to improve your experience, even after you decided to leave the hotel.Best regards,Wine & Books Lisboa Hotel Team

Very close to Belem attractions. Not crowded with tons of tourists. Beautiful hotel. Good food and the breakfast was incredible.

Nice hotel - not so great location. No Bar, which would've been nice. Pleasant staff & very comfortable room.

Beautiful quiet location, good bus links into the centre of centre or Uber/ bolt as an alternative option and reasonably priced.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful and great breakfast selection.
