Omg. This was the best place ever. Staff was the cherry on top. They were amazing especially Ricardo. Nice clean room. Great bar and drinks. Walkable, great shopping and restaurants near by. Again the staff were incredible they need a raise. I will be coming back. I hope I have the same delightful experience next time.

Very nice hotel with many dinning options nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. It’s about a good 30 minute walk to the major attractions and the hot temperatures in June made for a few pit stops back to the hotel. All in all a pleasant experience.

A hotel with a great location. A room with Avenida view only recommended if you’re not bothered by noise . The hotel is nice and well decorated, the staff are friendly but in my experience did lack attention to detail expected for a 5 stars hotel .

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location was also excellent. We actually went to the wrong TURIM hotel initially, but even the staff at the other hotel were super friendly and not only found our reso , but gave us simple directions on how to get there!
