The concierge Ricardo went beyond what was required in assisting us With infirmation, purchase of tickets and answering our many questions. All the staff were superb Starting with Fernando who helped us with our luggage. We would recommend this great hotel to anyone looking for a place To stay in Lisbon where where he/she would feel pampered and appreciated as a guest. The General manager too keeps in touch with your needs and makes you feel soecial! If/when we return to Lisbon we shall only stay at The One T.S.
