We arrived on my birthday and because they check your passport when checking in, the receptionist noticed the date and then all the staff wished me a happy birthday. "There are many 5 stars hotels, but the difference is in staff. This hotel has so helpful and nice staff that is just a pleasure talking to them. Hotel is older (there are some visible cracks) but very well maintained, clean and safe. Breakfast is amazing! Every time I travel to Lisbon I'm staying at that hotel.
