Lovely friendly staff. Reasonable transport in all directions. Our room was gorgeous. Clean, stylish and extremely comfortable. Holiday was to celebrate my birthday and I was surprised to come back from a day out to find cake and a celebration note. Really added to my special day!

Great comfy bed and super bathroom. Service okay- asked to maybe check out later - was told they would call me back in 2 min - never happened. Metro 5 min walk away- big fancy mall around the corner.
