The property was very lovely. The rooms are very small, but very clean. Check-in was wonderful. The staff were amazing. They greeted us with a Portuguese pastry and some Port Wine! It was my birthday. They surprised me with a lovely cake in my room and a card. Very nice touch. Location was very convenient right by the Square and lots of shopping. About a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the river.

ロケーションは最高で、ホテルスタッフがとても良い方達です。特に若い女性のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした！部屋もニートなデザインでまた泊まりたいと思う素敵なホテルでした。チェックイン時に松原ミキさんの「真夜中のドア　Stay with me」45年くらい前の歌です、がかかっていたので聞いてみたら若い男性のスタッフが自分の選曲だと仰っていて、なんかとても感動しました。

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer kein Tageslicht. Minuspunkte gibt es ebenfalls für die sehr hellhörigen Räume und das Frühstück. Dafür war alles sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great central location. Just the breakfast could be better, when we went it wasn’t stocked and had to ask for glasses, no bowls for cereal. Other than the breakfast it was amazing. Rooms great and bed comfortable.

This is a good basic hotel. Clean and tidy rooms but a bit small. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Although it looks like it’s on the square you need to enter from a street at the back which can be tricky if you have a lot of luggage.

Area at the main entrance was kind of rough with lots of homeless around. It was no problem really as we went through restaurant that opened on to Rossio Square most of the time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very pretty boutique hotel in a wonderful location in Lisbon. There are many dining and shopping options and it is very convenient to local transportation, hop-on/off bus stops and pick up sites for scheduled tours. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The only negative was the sporadic trashy litter at the entrance—I think this might be a city issue.

When we arrived, they said our twin room was not ready and they put us in a room at the back that was beyond tiny. I measured it to be about 100 sq. ft. We have stayed in quite few countries, Europe and elsewhere and are used to small rooms but have never been put into a room that small. Going around the bed, you had to bend over so your head would not hit the TV up on the wall. Passing any where in the room, the other person had to find a place our of the way to wait so you could pass them. However, they did put us into a better room the next days we stayed there.

Loved the Hotel. Great experience for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. Resturant for breakfast was fabulous. Only downside was the homeless encampment outside the hotel.

Awesome hotel in an awesome location right in the heart of Lisbon. Yes there are a few homeless people outside but it is downtown in a big city so to be expected. Room was perfect and we had the best view overlooking Rossio Square. Also the staff is super friendly & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Location was perfect - across the street from the square and market, very central and close to Metro stations. Our room was thoughtfully designed (hotel is only 3 years old) and amenities were good. Great beds and shower. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again.
