Hotels in other European countries that I have recently visited (i.e. Italy, Spain, United Kingdom) offered simple but complimentary breakfast options. At MyStoryTejo you can only get a buffet style breakfast for a fee (10 euros pre-booked, 15 euros same day). I don't know if this is peculiar to the MyStory chain or to Portuguese hotels in general. If you require a card key to enter your room, why must you also use it to turn on the lights?

Our room was More spacious than others the room was clean beds were comfortable. The towels were so soft. We had a great stay

Good location

Great location, clean hotel and helpful service. The breakfast is $10 euros (pay the day before) and is worth it, but they do charge the same amount for children which I don’t think is worth it. There should be 2 charges for breakfast for adults vs kids. Just outside the hotel door there is a small shop with groceries and a cheap yummy Indian/falafel restaurant.
