Great large suite that accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. Great light show as well!

Very clean and the room is comfortable. But it’s far from downtown when you walk

We really appreciate your feedback, noticing the cleaning and also the rooms. Every detail was thought out to provide a comfortable stay. Regarding our location, it is amazing, close to everything (50meters from a metro station that can quicky take you to several different points of interest at the city; 450 meters away from the chirurgical center of Lisbon – Praça Marques de Pombal; less than 5 minutes by car to the downtown that can be reachable also in walking distance; 10/15 minutes away from the airport; about 5 minutes away to the night life area) and far away just enough of everything that should be avoided (100 meters away of one of the most crowded avenues and the traffic noise that can be listen there; far away enough from the noise and confusion of the night life streets).However, we are very happy with your review and are looking forward to see you soon!Best regards

The "light show" is seriously not a big deal and a bit of a silly gimmick. The hotel is pleasant enough; in a decent location of the city; decent amenities; but I think for the price you could get nicer. The concierge Luis was VERY helpful.

We are really happy to know we have achieved our major goal, which is our guest's satisfaction.Regarding the light show, we are sad to know you did not appreciated it. Usually the feedback is fantastic and the hotel in almost three years already won awards and was nominated for several others mainly because of the spectacular show and hotel’s concept, such as Best Concept Hotel by World Luxury Awards. We have a pre-show for 3 minutes about the hotel and then a show about Lisbon’s culture, highlights, monuments, gastronomy, music that has 13 minutes and it is called “The Lisbon Light Show”.Concerning the staff, we are really trying to make a difference. We have selected our staff accordingly to a specific profile and, if the Hotel is being a major success is due to our staff, they are absolutely brilliant.We hope we can meet you again soon.Best regards
