Our property was spatious and very clean. Amazing view. Apart from the shower that’s open on the rest of the bathroom, the rest was fine. Highly recommand.

A spacious and updated apartment but some problems with the bathroom like a half working door handle for example.

The apartment had a very bad smell like sewage. We could not sleep. For check in, the kiosk was not working. When we woke up there was a cockroach in the hall. No WiFi at all. Very bad experience.

I recently stayed at Lisbon Serviced Apartments and had a horrifying experience. On my first morning, I woke up with multiple bites all over my body. It quickly became apparent that the room was infested with bed bugs. I had to visit a pharmacy and start medication due to the severity of the bites, which have caused me considerable discomfort for several days now. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene at this hotel is unacceptable. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and the presence of them indicates a significant problem with maintenance and care. This experience has not only ruined my stay but also affected my health and well-being. I strongly advise against staying at Lisbon Serviced Apartments until they address this issue thoroughly. No one should have to endure what I did.

Nice apartment but inconvenient

The apartment was clean. We had a 4th floor apartment. The elevator did not work on our entire 4 day stay. We had an elderly person with us. It was very inconvenient. The washer did not work. The cleaners did a nice job keeping the apartment clean. Communication was not good at all. You should confirm the elevator works before booking. It should not take more than 2 days to fix an elevator.

Great apartments. Very big, clean and with great facilities. The communication with them could have been better. We were told we would receive an email 24 hours before our stay with details of how to check in. But we had to chase this information all through the travel day and eventually ring them in Portugal to make sure we actually had the apartment. This bit needs to be improved.

Building lift was out of order for duration of stay. The rest of my experience was excellent, a great view from my apartment which was large, comfortable and with everything I needed to make my stay easy and relaxing.
