The apartment matched the photos and description. The only reason I am giving 4 stars on staff is that … there is little human contact with staff. We did meet two porters in the structure, in day time, who were very nice and very helpful, but you always feel like you might have to rely on WhatsApp messages with people in Spain, who coordinate things like even check in. That said, we didn’t need anything in particular and the space was great.

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights and loved it! The location is awesome, keyless entry worked great, and we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly! The best part is the location - one of Lisbon’s most vibrant neighborhoods is right out the front door. Great value, would totally stay here again.

It was in a nice area in the neighborhood; near restaurants and some bars but still quiet. It was also near a laundromat which was a plus to us. It was clean and there’s A/C and elevator (for those who had a long walking days lol) I’d stay here again next time we’re in Lisbon. It’s near a bus stop and not far from one of the trams since it’s a walk uphill from the Metro station of Restadoures
