Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is great. Stayed at this property because it is close to the Metro station, which made it very easy to get around Lisbon. My wife and I stayed here before our cruise and will be staying here again after the cruise.

The hotel was convenient for us as we had an early flight the following morning. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

Hotel Roma is a good location for visitors to Lisbon who don’t want to be in the tourist center but wants a central metro station. I was glad to be in a neighborhood with locals with easy access to Metro and walking.

Room was good but the hotel didn’t accept the fact that I ordered breakfast included with my booking. They said they have no record. So I had to pay total 60 Euros. We skipped the third breakfast because it was adding up to too much. It’s not about the money but the inconvenience of having to pay for the

Service was OK, for medication one needed to go bar to get a cup of ht water.
