The staff is excellent. Very helpful, kind, and generous with their time & advice. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and air conditioned. Also the breakfast is very good!

Located close to all the nightlife in the Alfama district. Maybe a bit too close to the cruise ship terminal. Front desk very helpful, AC in my room very good. The breakfast was bla, just cold stuff with horrible coffee. The coffee in the lobby is really good.
