Excellent location. Quiet and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order and cappuccinos. Also loved the chocolate cake they delivered to us on arrival! The staff are the absolute best. Helpful with transportation questions, directions, booking tours, and anytime we needed something for our room. Really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Loved Moon & Sun! Great location. Having the metro literally a 2 minute walk away was so convenient. Helpful, attentive staff. Great breakfast option (included ours with the hotel booking which was a cheaper option then paying the 18 euros on site). The room was a bit on the smaller but suited our needs perfectly. We received a welcome drink upon arrival and there was a lovely dessert waiting in our room. We checked out early morning and were given a pack of shortbread cookies each. This is a fabulous upscale boutique hotel and would definitely stay again. It was my husband’s favourite on our three city trip to Portugal.

We stayed 3 nights at the Balcony room and loved everything about this hotel. Very friendly staff and clean room. Great location. It was an absolutely bonus to have access to a private balcony where we could stayed out at late night enjoying the ocean breeze and peaceful side of Lisbon.

The stay was wonderful, you get greeted with free water and a brownie, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super helpful, especially when our key cards kept having issues. Great advice on where to go from the staff, especially João. The shower is a little small if you are tall, but for most people it is perfectly fine. Almost definitely not wheelchair accessible, small elevator and hallways.

The staff were all very kind and welcoming. The bed is comfortable though the room itself is small. While the bathroom is a fair size there is no counter to the sink and little hanging space for wet towels, so toiletries had to be placed on the ground. In the future, having the AC on before guests arrive would be much appreciated: it was 38 degrees in Lisbon and 32 degrees in our room and it took several hours to cool down to a comfortable level. A complimentary piece of dessert and a drink awaited us and the bar was neat and well staffed. For a short stay this was very reasonably priced, and being centrally located made walking to restaurants and bars easy.
