Wet clean and professional. Breakfast not included, fine by me. Comfortable room. Bathe was a bit small the Sink outside the bathroom, I was alone so fine for me. If I had my girlfriend come with not so much. Overall really great, staff super nice, accommodating and spoke English very well. I will stay there again.

Very nice if you need a hotel very close to the bus or train station. Some train noise, but I slept well.
Convenience means a lot sometimes.

Front desk staff was nice. The young lady who assisted me was very kind and accommodating. Walking distance to the metro/bus station and a small shopping center.

The view was great. The property doesn’t have coffee in the rooms and their restaurant doesn’t open until 7:00 am, so there is no coffee until then. 😡

Extremely great check-in experience and friendly staff. Our room was standard but terrible for sleeping. The climate control was faulty and even though the AC was maxed out in early November, we were sweating in the humid room. We toughed it out as we had an early flight and didn't want to deal with changing rooms at 11:00 PM when waking up at 3:30 AM. Hotel is nice enough but make sure the thermostat is working once you get in the room!

Very nice hotel. Modern, clean functional. Excellent breakfast. Within walking distance to the Oriente Train Station. Recommended.
