Tired Decor

Check in was ok, no Platinum upgrade for VIP status. Room nice, but tired. Lots of stains on the carpets. Staff very friendly

Dinner at restaurant was AMAZING. hotel common grounds were beautiful…. BED AND PILLOWS WERE HORRIBLE. Didn’t sleep for two nights. For how nice it is…. Like upgrade your beds. It was not even level. I couldn’t even sleep next to my boyfriend without rolling almost off the bed constantly.

The hotel is spacious and welcoming. The staff is very professional and provide great service. Short walk from an excellent beach and dining area. Free breakfast was very good with seating in the open area near the pool.

The property was very clean and had a lot of internal space to walk around, open plan design, a very elegant feel and very well maintained. All of the staff we came into contact with were quite simply....exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay - a huge credit to the hotel. If we have to give any negatives, it would be the room amenities i.e.. mini bar and refreshment facilities appeared limited for a 5 star hotel. The bar menu for food was very limited on choice although what we did have was very tasty, healthy and filling. We would definitely return to this hotel,
