The Hotel outside is not so appealing but when you go inside it’s pretty, clean, and smells good. Staff are nice, accommodating. They held our luggages for one night for free when we went to Porto and we came back to check in again with no problem. Breakfast buffet is good I liked the foods. The hotel is close/ walkable to metro.

Hotel is pretty inside. Our room is clean and smells good. Staff are helpful.

It was a very nice hotel central location, and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and housekeeping was available what seems like daily.

The room was super clean and staff was great, unfortunately not very quiet as we could hear guests in the hall and neighboring rooms.
