Great staff! The people at the hotel want to ensure you’re happy. They have local recommendations for restaurants, glasses of wine and things to do.

Great place close to the centre with many public transport options nearby
Very friendly staff and nice breakfast
Hotel is quiet at night so no big city noises!

Staff are absolutely wonderful. A very very special shout out to Anna, Rita, Isabella.
They went above and beyond in helping us with the room, the amenities in the room and general support and sight seeing in Lisbon, very gracious hosts and really helpful.

Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast is brilliant with fresh fruits and tasty Portuguese cakes. Surrounding environment is quiet and easy access transportation network. Highly recommended.

Property had a beach hut vibe and gave the impetus were in a tropical environment! Staff were absolutely fantastic.
Word of warning for light sleepers, the mini fridge is near your head when you sleep and the humming is a pain in the neck. The shower also goes from lukewarm to burn your skin hot.

Room was very nice. Spacious. Little to no service. Didn’t see anyone for the first three days. Closer to a self service studio than a hotel.

Outstanding friendly staff, just don’t get room HO or you will be awakened every morning by all the noise in the breakfast room right next door
