The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The space is beautiful including the roof top gym with amazing views!

Doesn’t get any better than staying at the Ritz. Staff is friendly and above helpful.

Very dissapointed, feont desk manager rude, 3 pieces of cashmere pullovers destroyed by their dry cleaners, car wash came back with bird poop on the ferrari, overall a bad experience and then an overcharge on top of it

After further investigation, our housekeeping team confirmed that they proceeded with the laundry according to the specifications of each item.
