Good location (near 'Marques De Pombal’ metro station). Immaculate rooms. Good nights sleep. Good options for breakfast/dinner nearby. Safe area and inexpensive rooms. Would stay here again.

Staff was warm and helpful. Room was nice, clean and big as well as the bathroom. Wish there was a microwave or a mini fridge in the room but other than that, we enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely recommend and come back:)

Front desk staff went beyond normal good service to help us with a couple of issues we had dealing with lost credit cards and trying to book a bus trip

The room was noisy- loud noises from people shouting and yelling outside all night . Badly designed room, very tight space. No tables or any surfaces to put your stuff on. The wrong kind of faucet in the bathroom sink - very annoying. Only paper cups provided-not very eco friendly.
