Near the city center. Cheap restaurant /food at the corner. Transportation also a few feet away. Clean bed sheets, clean bathroom. Available stove n ref n utensils.

Our property is in a zone of expansion and renovation, next to the exhibition park of Lisbon, the largest room of spectacles in Lisbon and our Oceanarium, the best in Europe.
It is well served by public transport, whether buses or train and metro to the most popular areas of Lisbon.
We believe that the time you have stayed was short, and in a future visit you will certainly appreciate the facilities that the area has.

Factor in high fee for booking in out of hours!
Posted 29 Jul 2018 on HotelsWatch out if you arrive out of their reception hours as you'll be slapped with an out of hours fee. A fee I would have preferred to spend on better accomodation instead! I thought I'd read the terms and conditions but I missed this! However I cannot fault the welcome from Sandra and the cleanliness of the room.

Posted 15 Jun 2019 on HotelsLonge de tudo, muito longe de metrô, cama casal pequena (pouca diferença de solteiro) 3 andares de escada s/elevador, cozinha, geladeira compartilhado (barulho quarto ao lado MUITO e também compartilhado) apesar da sra Paula ser atenciosa ao telefone quem me recepcionou foi objetiva porém de forma ríspida e impaciente... enfim uma péssima experiência com preço de 4 estrela.

Lamentamos que não tenha lido a nossa descrição no momento de fazer a reserva, pois está mencionado que terá de subir escada, que todos os quartos tem a sua própria casa de banho e apenas é partilhado a cozinha e o terraço, que lhe pedimos utilizasse para fumar, dado os nossos alojamentos serem para não fumadores.
Contudo, adianto-lhe que iremos em breve instalar um elevador no prédio.
Assim, numa próxima reserva connosco, provavelmente já não terá de subir escadas.
Desejam-no-lhe uma continuação de boas férias e contamos revê-lo em breve.
