The main thing that we especially liked that was it was a convenient location, fairly close to the monuments and attractions that we wanted to see in Belem. Everything was within walking distance. The Tower of Belem was only a block or two away. Everything else was within about a 10-15 minute walk. Place was clean, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Rather basic, no television in room
DIY breakfast
Shower took nearly 5 mins to produce hot water
However very helpful staff (Nadia) compensated

Wonderful base in Lisbon!

Easy walk to so many great places in Belem and around the corner from a grocery store (shared kitchen worked out really well - good system they have set up). A/C was a plus! Breakfast on the lovely shared terrace was a wonderful way to start our day. Very helpful and friendly staff!

The property is located in a beautiful side of town, walking distance from the Belem Tower.
The house is beautiful and the rooms are adequate for a short stay

Nice but cold
Posted 11 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe Casa Amarela Belem was a nice place to stay for one night. Unfortunately, the room was a bit too cold for us. The bathroom floor was a nice tile, but it felt like ice because of the temperature of the room. The person who greeted us was very kind.

Location is close to popular tourist sites and well kept. I will stay there again if in the area and available.
