Great location in the heart of Baixa. A bit noisy in the night due to being in a busy area. Hotel staff was very helpful.

I like this hotel, very convenient, it’s close to everything. Though I asked the front desk that it is warm in our room. They said it’s going to be cold during the night. But I still feel hot, it’s just me I like the AC on. So I opened the window to let the cold air in, but then I could hear the noise the train makes.

The property had a great location, was perfectly clean and well maintained. Breakfast menu was very complete. Customer service staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. Would return and recommend to my friends and relatives.
