LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION!
Loved that it was right on old town. Convenient to everything! The metro-shopping-tours etc.
The breakfast was delicious & their dining staff was very attentive.
Honestly ALL the staff is exceptional! Especially the front office- with a HUGE thank you to Ives the manager who went out of his way in every aspect! Provided metro instructions- booked our tours & airport transfer & made us feel most welcome!
I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Excellent location. Just be aware you are on a pedestrian only street. Not pickup or dtop directly at hotel

Rui , Elisete & Erik were fantastic and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable, between getting us checked in early, directions for places to visit and restaurants suggestions

This hotel is right in the middle of the very busy tourist zone which may not appeal to everyone (noisy, crowds, etc) but in terms of access to places to see/eat/walk, it was good.
The staff were all lovely and helpful.
