Really friendly staff. Safe hostel. Good breakfast and cheap prices. Would recommend.

I didn’t like the casulo beds style, but I love have bathrooms inside the room.

Posted 29 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe did not have a good experience here. I would not recommend booking this place no matter how good of a deal you get.
The other reviews about the thin walls and noise are 1000% accurate. I wear earplugs and even I was kept up all night. They allow larger school groups to stay, so rooms were full of teenagers with little supervision. They were loud at all hours of the night in the hallways, stomping in the floors with no consideration of other guests.
After being up all night I tried to nap during the day but there is construction going on. Literally jackhammers and major construction. I couldn't tell if it was in the same building or nearby, but it went on all day.
We requested to cancel our second night and we're denied by the hotel. Even though there was no hot water either night (hot water was broken). So after walking around the city all day we couldn't even take a nice shower. I sent an email to the "manager" and never got a reply. The place is run by young people who claim only the manager can approve the requests, but the manager is not on site.
Don't ruin part of your vacation. Book somewhere else.

I love that they offered rooms that I didn’t have to share with anyone else. I also loved the sense of community they’re trying to build there despite people constantly coming and going. Would stay again!
