Luckily our location is just 200 meters away from the street, and our team can always assist with finding a taxi or help with the luggage from the vehicle, when asked. As always, we are continuously looking to improve our service and facilities, hence why all reviews are important to better ourselves!Regarding the elevator, we must point out that our hotel is a historical landmark, and certain aspects have to be preserved in order for the authorities to enable us to restore it. As a result, the space is rather constrained. As much as we would like to provide an elevator for our visitors, there is simply no room for such a facility, or any others that the construction would not permit (gym, spa, laundry room etc.). This information is mentioned on every online platform we are present on. Also, we do recall that one of our colleagues offered to help you with the luggage, pointing out that we only have stairs. Additionally, being in a pedestrian area offers a lot of advantages like the presence of bars, restaurants and tourists attractions, but of course, it lacks the car access and a parking lot.
