There waa a bit of noise as the restaurant below closed which was because we needed the window open because it was hot. Otherwise it was ok.

We needed accommodation for 5 days as our friends could not put us us. Went on line, noted that there was no reception but check-in was between 3-5pm. Entered the dates, being that day plus 4 additional nights, selected the no cancellation option and paid for all 5 nights. Arrived at accommodation at 4.35pm to find a note saying confirmation of booking will be rec'd in 2 days. Called the no. on the board only to be told they could not facilitate our request that night but come back tomorrow!. Tried to cancel booking, even offered to pay the booking fee and that nights accommodation but were told that could not be done as we selected the no cancellation tab. BTW we rec'd email confirmation of the booking at 7.20pm. No we were no impressed with their service and would suggest you think twice before booking with them.

thank you for review. We are really sorry about that, because you write here wrong things. Our CHECK-IN time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. Later CHECK-IN is possible, if we confirm that. As described, we have no reception but a 24 hour hotline which help you through check-in. We told you CHECK-IN code, but for sure, first the booking partner Expedia proove your provided credit card if this is valid, if the card is not valid we do not receive the reservation. This takes about 10 Minutes. Then we called you back, but you left the house and told us that you would like to cancel the reservation. In that case, that Expedia charges the credit card and send us the money, there is the cancellation policy valid. We have no influence of Expedia charging, you told us that you will not stay longer in Linz because your holiday plans changed. Therefore we are not responsible. You received a standard-Expedia mail with the booking confirmation, we have no influence what time you will receive this mails. It is indepent from our Software. For last minute bookings where you have planned to check-in within the next 5 minutes, it is better, you call us and book directly, it would be more easier for all. Basic, but did the job perfectly well
Posted 31 Jul 2018 on HotelsFirst off, the apartment was very small. It was essentially a bedsit. It was however very conveniently located, a ten minute walk from the train station and maybe a leisurely twenty-minute stroll into the centre. However the location was up quite a steep hill, which was fine for us but maybe not for those with mobility issues. Similarly there was no elevator in the building, at least not that I could see. The room itself was perfectly adequate, if basic. Bed, hob, microwave, sink, fridge, bathroom. Very clean when we arrived. For us, it was a bed and roof over our heads and little more. Perfect for someone unfussy but don't expect luxury.

On the whole for short stay is acceptable.
Posted 28 Sep 2019 on HotelsNO ELEVATOR, IT WAS NOT CONENIENT FOR BRINGING BIG SUITCASES TRAVELLER. THERE WAS NOT AIR CONDTIONING, I COULDN'T TELL IF COMFORTABLE IN SUMMER. HOWEVER, THE LOCATION IS ACCESSIBLE WITH BUS. Hot water shower using eletrical heater with limited water container, one should wait for an hour after previous usuage.

Hello,
as we have described in Apartment description, we have no elevator and no air condition. In summer we provide fans, because in Linz it is not so hot than in other destination. We have all time hot water, and for sure if someone take a shower for 1 hour, it could happen that the next one have to wait 15 minutes. But we provide all time hot water.
