The whole hotel look like a half way house expedia need to recheck the property

I gave you a heads up 2 months before your scheduled arrival, that we have emergency housing guests staying at our motel. We have stopped taking regular bookings in the mean time. The stuff you mentioned has now been removed.

It was booked for convenience to an event, was shocked to find it used as emergency housing and were the only paying guests. The heating didn't work neither did the stove.

Thank you for your review. Yes we do have people staying here for emergency housing. I assume they didn't cause any issues. I have checked the heat pump, oven and hob and they are all working fine. Maybe you had the heat pump set to cooling, you have to have the sunshine symbol showing for heating. The heat pump is only a few months old.

Very disappointed, dirty very very dirty.
When I explained how dirty it was he said it would take so long to clean properly,I said being COVID and a cancer patient I told him the importance but he wasn’t interested.
He wouldn’t even look at reducing price or any thing.

Thank you for your review. Sorry you didn't think it was clean. Don't know where the dust came from. All the surfaces were wiped down with cleaning products and the floors were vacuumed and mopped.
