Front desk clerk didn't smile or greet me. Noisy guest in room above me. There was constant running and thumping which tells me there were kids above me. When i called the front desk there was no answer I had to call from my cell phone before someone answered. I asked if they could call upstairs and ask the guest to quiet down. However, the noise continued.

Comfortable beds, great shower! Toilet paper holder to far away from the toilet for short people. Metal piece on side of bed hurt my foot. Drains were a little slow.But a nice stay.

Worst hotel experience of my life. They kept my 100$ security deposit and the rude and u helpful concierge said the deposit was “lost”. Don’t stay here unless you factor in a missing 100$ dollar charge, plenty of other reliable options in the area.

The pool is advertised as heated, the hot tub should be hot. The pool room is not heated. When asked by myself and 3 other guests about it they said theyd send maintenence, nobody showed, problem remained unresolved. All of us 3 guests included had kid(s) with us.
