On the outside property looked pretty decent… When I went to check in the staff was very standoffish like I was interrupting her or something. They did not advise us that some of the rooms were being remodeled and the room they put us in had bed bugs… when I called the front desk to inform them they took forever to come up to the point my fiancé had to go down and physically get the manager. They did accommodate us and put us in another room after we inspected it but we were already uncomfortable and had a hard time falling asleep to the point the next morning we checked out early.

We had a really bad inconvenience with the stay and nobody could get any sleep Friday night and us was the most affected by the incident since our room was in front of the room in question and the management team shows no concerns about it and also the breakfast menu need some variety and more options not the same thing over and over

It appears this property was being reconstructed and the amenities like pool did not work but as a customer I was not notified which is misleading

Staff Very friendly , but doing construction in Hotel so not the cleanest at this time .

Good breakfast and friendly staff. While it was clean things were torn up a bit because of renovation. Close to the long term parking. I would stay again.
